Casing Centralizers

Well cementing process.

Used for well casing centralizing, improving displacement efficiency in cementation operations. After the column is lowered, the annular space between the casing pipe and the well walls is filled with cement, so as to fixate the pipe and prevent fluids from migrating to behind the cement.

Produced in one-piece models, without hinges or pins, in an electro-hydraulic equipment developed and patented for this purpose, called Conformer. The process phases are feeding, bending, welding and expansion within an automated and continuous cycle, ensuring quality and resistance.

  • Manufactured with special high-alloy steels.
  • Optimized design to relieve dragging forces.
  • One-piece model, no pins or hinges.
  • High wear resistance.

Product developed according to API 10D standard.
